
Update: Kiron Darren Price-Walthrust, 24, of Brownes Gap, Sargeant Village, Christ Church, was remanded to Dodds after appearing before Magistrate Burke in the District ‘A’ Traffic Court today.
The accused, who is facing two counts of murder, several counts of endangering life, and multiple firearm-related offences, pleaded guilty only to a criminal damage charge linked to the Hastings/Worthings matter. He was not required to plead to the other charges at this stage.
Price-Walthrust is set to reappear in the District ‘A’ Criminal Court on Wednesday, 10th September 2025.
Meanwhile, the District ‘C’ and Oistins matters were transferred to the Oistins Magistrates’ Court for hearing on Thursday, 28th August 2025.

The first murder charge relates to Mitch Boyce in District ‘C’ on 12th January 2025 at Kirton’s Gas Station, St Philip. The second murder charge stems from the death of Gavin Archer in District ‘A’ on 22nd June 2025, at Whitehall Main Road, St Michael.
Price-Walthrust faces additional charges including multiple counts of endangering life, use of firearms, aggravated criminal damage, serious bodily harm, violent disorder, and offences involving firearms without a valid licence. Other offences include possession of ammunition, assaulting and resisting police officers, threats to police, and escaping lawful custody.
The charges cover incidents in District ‘C’, Black Rock, District ‘A’, Central, Oistins, and Hastings/Worthings.
Price-Walthrust is scheduled to appear in the District ‘A’ Criminal Court on Monday, 25th August.
